职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Be responsible for the engineering teams working on our top games to distribute them globally
• Work closely with product management to establish schedules and estimates for new features
• Manage the day-to-day tasks of engineering team to ensure timely and high quality releases
• Provide technical leadership for the company on overall application design and architecture that supports global distribution
• Work with emerging social networks on developing a successful platform for game developers
• Implement and promote good engineering practices (scrum, unit testing, performance testing, code reviews, etc)
• Work with the tech ops team to handle maintenance, failures, scale up, scale down issues, etc.
• Serve as a mentor and career development advisor for engineers
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to analyze statistics and logs
REQUIREMENTS
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills
• At least 2 years of management experience
• Java, Javascript, MySQL, Python, Ajax, CSS, PHP, AS3
• Build and release process and tools (ant, hudson, python)
• Operations experience (linux, CDN, monitoring tools, mysql, HTTP)
• Experience with large, complex and scalable systems
• Excellent debugging and diagnostic skills
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to analyze statistics and logs
